PRIVACY AT GEOMOTION GeoMotion takes your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. What GeoMotion Services are Covered GeoMotion operates a number of services, including the GeoMotion websites and the Peace River Coffee websites. This Privacy Policy applies to all GeoMotion Services. Some of the services may have additional policies that apply: please check with each service to learn about specific policies. What Services are Not Covered This privacy policy only applies to GeoMotion Services. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that GeoMotion does not own or control, or to people that GeoMotion does not employ or manage. Use of Your Personal Information This policy covers how GeoMotion treats personal information that GeoMotion collects and receives, including information related to your past use of GeoMotion products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. Protecting Your Privacy The federal government and technology industry have developed practical tips to help you guard against Internet fraud, secure your computer and protect your personal information.   INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE GeoMotion collects personal information when you register with GeoMotion, when you use GeoMotion products or services, and when you visit GeoMotion pages. When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, and personal interests. When you register with GeoMotion and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. GeoMotion collects information about your transactions with us; however, GeoMotion does not collect or retain credit card numbers. GeoMotion automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your Internet address (IP address), GeoMotion cookies (information about your current and previous GeoMotion sessions), software and hardware attributes, and the pages you request. GeoMotion uses your personal information only to fulfill your requests for products and services and to contact you according to the notification requests you have set in your account profile. We use aggregated, non-personal information to improve our services, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients. Children When a child under age 13 seeks to register with GeoMotion, we ask the child to have a parent or guardian create a GeoMotion Family Account to obtain parental permission. GeoMotion does not contact children under age 13 without a parent's permission. Any contact from GeoMotion is addressed to the GeoMotion Family Account. GeoMotion does not ask a child under age 13 for any personal information, as a condition of participation, except as may be reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity. GeoMotion actively seeks to protect children from exploitation and abusive contact. We seek to prevent anonymous communication among users of our services. We restrict private communications among individuals within the system. We encourage families to participate in groups where members are known to each other.   INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE GeoMotion does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to fulfull your requests for products or services, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with GeoMotion under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help GeoMotion communicate with you about offers from GeoMotion. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of GeoMotion's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. We transfer information about you if GeoMotion is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, GeoMotion will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. GeoMotion may present targeted advertisements to you based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click targeted ads meet the targeting criteria, such as women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area. GeoMotion does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad. GeoMotion advertisers may include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, and software companies). GeoMotion works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business.   COOKIES GeoMotion may set and access GeoMotion "cookies" on your computer. Cookies are small files storing information about your current or previous session using GeoMotion Services. Cookies stored by GeoMotion are accessible only to GeoMotion. GeoMotion may allow some of our marketing partners that present advertisements on our pages to store and access their own cookies. In such cases, the partner's cookies are subject to their own privacy policies. They do not have access to GeoMotion's cookies nor to your GeoMotion profile information. GeoMotion may use "web beacons" to access GeoMotion cookies inside and outside our network of web sites and in connection with GeoMotion products and services. MANAGING YOUR GEOMOTION PROFILE You can edit your GeoMotion Account Information, including your notification and marketing preferences, at any time. New categories of marketing communications might be added to the Marketing Preferences page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the GeoMotion service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the GeoMotion Newsletter, that are considered part of your GeoMotion account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. You can delete your GeoMotion account by visiting our GeoMotion Account Deletion page.   Children's Profiles Parents can review, edit, and delete information relating to their child's GeoMotion account using tools offered by GeoMotion Family Accounts. If a parent chooses not to allow us to further collect or use a child's information, parents enrolled in GeoMotion Family Accounts can delete their child's account by signing into that child's account and then visiting our GeoMotion Account Deletion page.   CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY We limit access to personal information about you to GeoMotion employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY GeoMotion may update this policy.
