From Huehuetenango, one of the premier coffee-growing regions of Guatemala, and a favorite of the specialty coffee world. Los Ancestros is produced by a group of 13 farmers from highland communities west of Huehuetenango. This is a complex coffee with hazelnut and chocolate in the roast tones, combined with deep stone fruit and vanilla and spice notes overlaid. It’s got a tart edge with plenty of sweetness to balance. Super-clean and very well processed.
